Civil mediation takes place in blocks of 4 hour sessions. Each session is charged at £225 per hour plus VAT, payable in advance. Traditionally the cost will be shared equally between the parties.
If there are more than two parties, the hourly rate is increased to £250, and then in increments of £25 for each additional person plus VAT.
Our fees include our travel time (if applicable), preparation and reading time.
We accept cash, cheques, credit or debit cards. Legal aid is not available in civil cases through Mediation Now.
