Michael is the Partner in charge of the Family Law Department for Biscoes, an eight office firm in South Hampshire, and has been practising family law for over 20 years.
He is a member of the Law Society's Children and Family Law Panels and engages in a wide variety of family work. He is an Accredited specialist with Resolution in the field of ancillary relief and children's law.
Michael has trained as a Family Mediator and is a Collaborative Lawyer both through Resolution.
In his spare time Michael enjoys travelling to South America, taking walks along Southsea sea-front, sailing and practicing his culinary skills.
Claire Webb
Claire has worked in Family Law since 1990. She is currently the head of the Matrimonial Department at Verisona in Waterlooville and is an acknowledged specialist in this area. She is well known locally for her commitment to alternative methods of dispute resolution.
A member of the Law Society Family Panel Claire also has special Accreditation through Resolution as Specialist Family Lawyer in the fields of Cohabitation and Children Law. She has trained as a Family Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer with Resolution, and is a qualified Civil Mediator.
Claire is also a specialist in Child Consultation (Mediation).
As one of the founders of the Portsmouth, Chichester & South Downs Collaborative Law Group, she continues to help drive it forward.
Claire lives locally and is married with two young children. When not in work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her children and exercising. Claire is passionate about her two horses and walking her dog. She also enjoys entertaining at home.
Rebecca is a family lawyer, having been practising since 1997. She is the Managing Partner in the firm of Daltons, based in Petersfield, having joined from Law School. Rebecca heads the family department and is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel as well as Resolution.
Rebecca is a qualified Family Mediator. She is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer and is committed to adopting a non-confrontational approach to family law cases. Like Claire, she is also a specialist child consultant
Rebecca balances the financial management and development of her firm with a caseload of separation, divorce, children and financial settlement work, and is passionate about helping couples regain control following a dispute.
Away from the office Rebecca lives locally with her husband and young children, who definitely keep her busy. She enjoys entertaining and cooking at home, gardening, reading, wine, travelling, surfing holidays – when time permits!
Helen Savage
Has been a specialist in Family Practice since 1996. She was formerly
Head of the Matrimonial Department and a Partner in the
Portsmouth firm Bolitho Way until she took a career break to care for
her growing family. Helen has now returned to work purely as a
Mediator and also enjoys facilitating and delivering Parenting
Courses, Relationship Enrichment Workshops and working with
couples in crisis. Helen is also a Trustee for Southampton
Community Family Trust.
